We blended the exquisite Umami of Rishiri Kelp from Hokkaido and Japanese giant kelp with Japanese dried shiitake mushrooms.
We recommend using this tasty dashi that will spread fully in your mouth for breakfast every day.
Easy to cook and store.
No chemical seasoning or preservatives are added.
Method of use :
Put the dashi in a saucepan containing 500 ml to 600 ml of water, boil over medium heat and simmer for 3 minutes, then remove the seaweed.
