Persimmon vinegar “Kaki-su”
Characteristic of the taste is the peculiar sweetness of persimmon and the sweet acidity created by fermentation.
Sweet taste with non-stinging acidity and it also has a sweet and mellow scent.
It can be widely used as a drink with honey for healthy daily life, as well as for cooking as marinades, Escabeche, and salad dressings.
In cocktails, it is recommended to combine it with sake or shochu.
No chemical seasoning added.
